AL KARNAK HOTEL - BRANCH

Room was comfortable, hot water was good after a 12 hour flight. Receptionist was handsome. Lol. We got up late for breakfast. It finish at 9:30m we got there 9:45 but the guys give us extra plates and bread to take to our room so we can eat peacefully. When we were leaving, one of the helper took us for a taxi across the street, he waited until the taxi came and assist in putting our luggage into the taxi. The location was good for shopping and too much money exchange. Streets was busy. But I love the location because as soon as you step out the hotel everything in shopping is there. But if you will like a resort. This is not the location. It's for business in and out. The only downside is. There were 2 similar names of the hotel. One in the front of the street where our taxi dropped us off. However that hotel was nice enough to send a guy to assist us with our luggage around the back entrance for my correct hotel. You get what you paid for. So I say overall it was comfortable.

Really enjoyed the stay. Very friendly and efficient staff at the place, reception included. Nice, clean, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious.

Very friendly staff, where Queen Olivia stood out, who had the heart of the hotel, as well as the main receptionist. We were able to stay in the room until 1 p.m., and they also looked after our luggage carefully until the plane left. We also had room service. Every day they cleaned our room, changed towels or new slippers, and every day we got a new bottle of water. It is not clear to us how such a hotel can have only one star. We recommend people who are on a trip and not on vacation. Be sure to try the local specialty paf paf.

Good price-to-quality-and-position ratio! Great location if you want to explore life in Deira - streets around are full of people, shops, and cheap local restaurants... but it is almost the opposite of the shiny and snobbish Dubai with skyscrapers... Here in Deira, people live, not just go on vacation. I liked the breakfast (good for the price point). They were very helpful, for example change of the check-in time to 1 AM was not a problem.

I particularly like the warm reception, friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff particularly Mahir and Hanish at the reception. They were exceptionally kind and ready to help and even encourage seemingly tired customers. The location is great close to everything and surprisingly the room was as quite as a hotel located distant from the city center. This hotel has a good team. Keep it up and i will stay there again.
